1. Security and Damages

The Company shall not be held responsible for any theft or damages. Customers will be provided with the maids' credentials verification details and photos, along with all necessary documentation. Customers are advised to exercise due diligence in safeguarding their belongings at all times.

2. Service Charge and Replacement

Once the service charge is paid, customers are required to wait for a minimum of 15 days from the week of payment for the assigned maid. This same time frame applies if the customer requests a replacement. No refund will be issued after the service charge has been paid.

3. Transportation Charges

Customers are responsible for covering the transportation charges associated with the candidates, including any costs incurred during the replacement process.

4. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once the service charge has been paid. We recommend that customers carefully review and assess their needs before committing to the service to ensure satisfaction with the services rendered.

5. Profile Selection Registration Fee

A registration fee of ₹3000 is required for our profile selection service. This fee covers the meticulous process of sending 3-4 profiles of suitable candidates to assist in making informed decisions regarding your requirements.

6. Expedited Services with ₹5000 Minimum Charge

For customers requiring expedited services, a minimum service charge of ₹5000 applies for services to be completed within a 4-5 day timeframe. This ensures a fast, efficient process to meet urgent needs.

7. Agreement

By availing of our services, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms as necessary. Please ensure you read and understand these terms carefully before proceeding with the services.
