Once the service charge is paid, customers are required to wait for a minimum of 15 days from the week of payment for the assigned maid. This same time frame applies if the customer requests a replacement. No refund will be issued after the service charge has been paid.
Customers are responsible for covering the transportation charges associated with the candidates, including any costs incurred during the replacement process.
